Beer Bread

This is a loaf of beer bread that I brought back from the BBC Food Show.

It’s locally made in the Midlands and had a collection of seeds on top in the crust.  The bread was springy and dark in colour.  The taste was quite bitter, it must be said.  It wasn’t that unpleasant, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again.
