Honduras La Tigra

This is a coffee bean that is sold at the Eden Project, though it’s prepared from Origin.  It makes a fairly mild espresso and suits a filter drink more.

This coffee is a strictly high grown Arabica bean that has a chocolatey taste, moderately fruity, with good acidity and medium body, rounded off with a fresh after-taste.
