This marks the end of my Bath Ales journey and I have to say its been a most pleasant one. In fact, Bath Ales sits proudly in my top five breweries, knocking Purity Ales out after a long run. Gem is a rich bitter with a deep colour and smell.

Continental Roast

I recently had a few days in the beautiful city of Bath and discovered Gillards, a coffee supplier who has been around since 1886.  They prepare and roast their own blends.  I picked up some Peruvian blend and this continental, which is a strong, Italian flavoured bean.
