This marks the end of my Bath Ales journey and I have to say its been a most pleasant one. In fact, Bath Ales sits proudly in my top five breweries, knocking Purity Ales out after a long run. Gem is a rich bitter with a deep colour and smell.

I recently visited Bath, a beautiful city and I picked up some of the local brews, as I do. This one is a really pleasant pale ale, which went very well with some salmon. A wonderful, wholesome, golden organic ale with a fresh citrus, hoppy aroma and a dry bitter
