This Origin Coffee is from Tanzania and is from a collective of small farm holders in the Mbeya region.  It’s a fully washed coffee has a light clean taste.  As a personal preference, although this coffee is superb, it’s a little light for me. There’s definitely a cherry or plum taste as an espresso, but as a cappuccino, it gets lost in the milk.
